Torviscas is a peaceful town lying to the south-west of Tenerife in the municipality of Adeje that is popular with tourists.
There are two beaches; the sheltered mild cove of Puerto Colon near the marina and the larger Torviscas Playa. The usual variation of water sports are offered here as well as boat trips and sea-life safaris.
Some of the attractions include an Aquapark and a Siam Park plus a market that takes place twice a week. There are several nightclubs around and many restaurants with shellfish-based cuisine being a popular cuisine.
