You can start your tour around with Cedar Point, which has the world’s biggest coaster collection. Spin, soar, splash and have a blast in one of the 75 rides that have wet and dry rides for the whole family! From here, head to Toledo Zoo to see the over 5,300 animals representing 760 species on display. It is one of the most complete zoos in the world and is a top family destination.
The Toledo Museum of Art displays art collections of over 30,000 works and ranks among the finest in the US. All displayed in over 35 galleries, a Sculpture Garden and even a Glass Pavilion. Ever been to a bicycle museum? The Bicycle Museum of America displays one of the largest bicycles in the world. There are over 300 bikes on display and more than 100 on rotation. The Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad provides lot of fun as you go on the oldest and longest train excursions in the country. It is a very scenic trip that guarantees you a wonderful time.
The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is among the finest with birds and animals from the different parts of the world. You will find wolves, moose, bison, black swans, komodo dragons along with leopards. At the Dublin Art in Public Places, you will be wonderstruck at the concrete field of corn to a soccer ball that stands ten feet high. These works of art have been commissioned from various artists.
At the Magic Mountain, you will find numerous indoor and outdoor activities to ensure you have a great time. The Olentangy Indian Caverns are 105 feet underground and you will have a whale of a time exploring them.
Your trip to Ohio would not be complete without a visit to the Santa Maria. Transporting you back over 500 years, it gives you an idea of how the explorers of old fared. The Center of Science and Industry is a great museum that is quite educational besides being informative. There are many exhibits that will keep you enthralled. The Columbus Food Adventures is a great way to learn about the different cuisines of Ohio. Besides the food and drink, you will learn about the culture and architecture prevalent in this area.

Things to do
Nautica Queen
The Nautica Queen is a dining ship, which cruises along the Cuyahoga River whilst its guests enjoy the historic sites of Cleveland and an all you can eat buffet with musical entertainment. Lunchtime and sunset meals are available.
I-X Indoor Amusement Park
The I-X Indoor Amusement Park is a large park with a variety of rides and shows including a Ferris wheel that rises through the roof into a large glass viewing area. There are special rides and shows just for kids and there is also a daily tiger show.
The Beach Waterpark
The Beach Waterpark is an authentic beach area with real sand and a beach with a wave pool. Other slides and rides are available to enjoy as well as a beach volleyball court. The Hidden Rapids takes inflatable rafts down the path of a raging river whilst the Twilight Zoom plunges riders into darkness with tight twisting turns with little lighting to way towards the big splash.
Seneca Caverns
The Seneca Caverns are ancient caves that can be toured today. There are two caves, the Seneca Cavern is a complete cavern and is easy to explore whilst the Stratosphere Cave is dark and tourists are outfitted with headlamps, gloves and kneepads to explore the incomplete cave.
Toledo Museum of Art
The Toledo Museum of Art hosts events and exhibitions throughout the year, displaying some of the finest art from throughout the world. The museum has a collection of over 30,000 works in over 35 galleries to enjoy.
US Air Force Museum
The USAF museum offers a huge range of exhibits and aircraft to see from the world wars through to cold war and modern aircraft, from the World War 2 legends such as the Spitfire and P-51 Mustang to the modern B-2 spirit and F-15 and the SR-71 Blackbird, the fastest jet the world has ever seen. The museum also displays many of the weapons carried by the aircraft throughout the ages including some cold war thermonuclear bombs.
Cloak & Dagger Dinner Theatre
The Cloak & Dagger Theatre is an interesting place to have a meal whilst watching a show. The shows are varied and change throughout the year but are all murder mysteries.

Airports
Ohio has several international airports the largest of these are the Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport, the Port Columbus International Airport and the James M. Cox Dayton International Airport.
Major Cities
Ohios largest city and state capital is Columbus, although the cities of Cleveland and Cincinnati have larger metropolitan areas.
Climate
The climate in Ohio tends to produce hot, humid summers and winters tend to be cool. The state is also located in Tornado Alley and as such, severe weather conditions are not uncommon. During the winter, snowstorms can be formed from the lakes cold waters.
Location
Located in the northeastern United States, Ohio is considered to be part of the American Mid-West. Ohio sits to the south of Lake Erie and shares boarders the states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia and also with the Canadian province of Ontario.
